No Return, No Refund Policy.

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at scrubplusph@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item and item must be returned within 7 days from date of notification.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You may only exchange the item to an item that  is ON-HAND. Keep in mind that we have limited stocks on hand and most of our items are for PRE-ORDER.

All shipping costs for returns/exchanges shall be shouldered by the customer (unless the item delivered is defective or an incorrect size/item/color – shipping cost will be shouldered by the shop).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SALE ITEMS: ARE CONSIDERED  FINAL SALE.

No Returns or Exchanges: customers who purchase items during sale period have no option to return them or exchange them for a different size, color, or style. Once the transaction is completed, the sale is considered permanent.

Items marked "Final Sale" — including products in our Final Sale collection and 
any item listed at a discounted price as part of an end-of-run, broken-size, or 
broken-color clearance — are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, 
or refund under any circumstances.

This applies regardless of:
- Fit or sizing issues
- Change of mind
- Unworn or unwashed condition

We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing 
any Final Sale item. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept 
that the item is non-returnable.

Defective items: If a Final Sale item arrives with a manufacturing defect or 
damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. This 
exception applies only to verified manufacturing or shipping defects, not to 
fit, color preference, or general dissatisfaction.
