1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for team orders?
Our minimum order quantity is 5 sets per color for team or bulk orders. This applies to clinics, hospitals, schools, and companies ordering uniforms for their staff.
2. What is the lead time for production and embroidery?
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks. This covers fabric sourcing, production, and embroidery. ⚠️ Rush orders are not accepted to ensure quality control.
3. Can we add our company logo or name embroidery?
✅ Yes! We offer custom embroidery services, including:
– 1-line or 2-line chest embroidery
– Back embroidery (8–10 in)
– Logo embroidery (chest or nape)

4. Are all colors always available?
Fabric colors are subject to availability. Please indicate your preferred color when ordering, and our team will confirm current stock.
5. Do you accept individual orders, or only bulk?
Both! You can shop individual scrub suits from our collections (MAXX+, Basic+, Active+, Ultra, etc.) or place bulk team orders with embroidery for institutions.
6. What fabrics do you use for your scrub suits?
We offer:
– Microfiber – Water-repellent, lightweight, breathable (not stretchable)
– Cotton Blend – Soft, durable, with 1-way stretch

7. How do I place a bulk or team order?
Simply visit our Team Orders page, fill out the form, and include details on quantity, fabric, embroidery, and logo. Our team will review and reply within 1–2 business days.
8. Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?
Yes! We deliver scrub suits across the Philippines. Shipping rates and lead times may vary depending on your location.

10. What are your shipping policies?
All (on-hand) orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days from date of payment.
You will receive an email with your waybill tracking number once shipped.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
Reservation is valid up to 2 business days only. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.

12. What is your returns and exchange policy?
We allow exchanges of full-priced items (for equal or higher value, subject to availability).
❌ Strictly no returns or refunds for embroidered items.
– SALE items are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
– Notify us of exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Items must be returned within 7 working days of notification.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
📦 Shipping costs for exchanges are shouldered by the customer, except if the item is defective or incorrect — in that case, shipping cost will be covered by us.
