What sizes do Scrub Plus scrubs come in?
We offer a wide size range across our lines. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for exact garment measurements before ordering.
How does Scrub Plus sizing run?
Our Scrub Pro line runs slim and small — males should size up, females should size down. Basic+ and MAXX+ run closer to standard. Always check the size chart on the product page.
How much do Scrub Plus scrubs cost?
Individual pieces start at ₱750. Coordinated sets range from about ₱1,350 to ₱2,500 depending on the line and fabric.
What are Scrub Plus scrubs made of?
Our retail lines use breathable, moisture-wicking poly-rayon-spandex blends (for example, 72% polyester, 22% rayon, 6% spandex). Team and bulk orders are produced in microfiber — lightweight and water-repellent. The Scrub Pro line is autoclavable.
Do you offer team or bulk orders for clinics and hospitals?
Yes. The minimum for team or bulk orders is 12 sets per color, with custom embroidery available. Email scrubplusph@gmail.com for a quote.
What is the lead time for orders?
On-hand items ship within 1–3 business days. Team and embroidered orders take about 4–6 weeks, covering fabric sourcing, production, and embroidery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on bulk and team orders.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
On-hand orders ship within 1–3 business days with tracking. Rates: Metro Manila ₱130 (small) / ₱180 (large); Luzon ₱180 / ₱295; Visayas and Mindanao ₱200 / ₱395. Same-day delivery in Metro Manila is available via Grab or Lalamove (Viber 0945-867-7229).
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (credit and debit cards), Chinabank, BPI, and GCash. Reservations are valid for 2 business days. Send proof of payment to scrubplusph@gmail.com with your order number and full name.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Exchanges of full-priced items are allowed within 7 working days (notify us within 48 hours of delivery), for unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. Embroidered and SALE items are final sale.
Can I try the scrubs on before buying?
Yes. Visit us at L308 Oasis Hub A, Pasig to try on our scrubs before ordering.
Are Scrub Plus scrubs suitable for clinical and surgical use?
Yes. The Scrub Pro line is autoclavable and water-repellent, with a secure zip-up design that reduces face contact during donning and doffing.
