FAQs:

1. What's your lead time?

Lead time for bulk orders 4-5 weeks but may vary depending on quantity and turnaround time of approval of design.

2. Do you issue Official Receipts?

Yes we issue Official Receipts. Note that prices published on our site is VAT EXCLUSIVE. 

3. Why does it take  so long for team orders to be completed?

Unfortunately, our embroidery service is outsourced and they have a lead time of 10 - 14days depending on their workload. So we add an additional 2 weeks on top of our 2 week lead time. It will also depend on the quantity of your order.

4. What's your Exchange Policy on team orders?

We do not accept exchange for CUSTOMIZED (embroidered) items as we cannot resell this. So it is important to make sure of the sizes. Exchange will be allowed for damaged items. 

5. Can you send samples?

Yes we can send samples depending on availability. Courier fee will be c/o the customer.

6. Can you customize designs?

Yes we can do your own color and design. Minimum of 1 roll or roughly 40sets :) 

This takes longer though depending on how fast the approval of the actual product is.
